A fine tortoise shell lancet case with ornate silver trim with 2 thumb lancets the case is in mint condition and is studded with tiny sterling silver pins. The top of the lid has a sterling silver cartouche. The tortoise shell lancets are marked: Coxeter and Weiss london. Dimensions 65 x 35 x 8 mm.
